This proposed society is the brainchild of Dr. Samuel Okunade of the Department of Border and Migration Studies, Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos State, Nigeria.

Directors

Samuel Kehinde Okunade, Ph.D. — Director of Research and Knowledge Exchange Oversees research programmes, collaborative projects, journal publications, policy briefs, and the association's research agenda.

Leon Mwamba Tshimpaka, Ph.D. — Director of Training, Conferences and Professional Development Coordinates conferences, workshops, webinars, certification programmes, mentorship, and capacity-building initiatives for members.

Lukong Stella Shulika, Ph.D. — Director of Partnerships, Policy and Outreach Leads engagement with governments, regional organizations (e.g., AU, ECOWAS, SADC), universities, development partners, civil society, and oversees policy advocacy, fundraising, and external relations.
